Refund policy
We hope that you love everything you purchase from Teal Tiger Boutique. But we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We are happy to work with you to return your item for exchange or store credit. We know that our beautiful customers are honest and trustworthy. But because there are people in this world who will try to take advantage of small businesses, we have to have policies in place to protect ourselves and our business.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item or being notified that your item is ready for pickup
to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If items have been tried on and have makeup on them, they will not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine if we believe it to have been worn or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@shoptealtiger.com. Be sure to include your order number in your email subject line. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 767 Church St., Lucedale, MS 39452. Buyer is responsible for original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refunded. Please, note the tracking number on your return package. We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us. Once we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for return processing.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Final Sale Items
- Undergarments
- Earrings
- Sunglasses
- Gift Cards
- Hats
- Handbags/Totes
- Any Non-Clothing Items
- Items Purchased with Coupon Codes over 15%
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted in store. For shipped orders, return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive store credit for the amount of your refund. We do not refund to credit cards due to processing fees.
